3/1/19: The physical-bodied 6-foot-5, 210-pound righty appeared twice over the weekend, entering Friday's game with the bases loaded and two outs in a 10-5 ballgame. His fastball sat 89-91 mph, before reaching back for 93 only to see Joe Davis (Houston) blast it to the wall in deep left-center, where center fielder Johnny Rizer hauled it in for the final out. During Sunday's appearance, his velo was down a bit, sitting 88-90 mph while mixing in an 82-83 mph slider. He projects as a reliever in pro ball. (Seifert)
2/15/19: Big projectable frame, with room for additional weight. Two pitch strike thrower. High three-quarter arm slot. Stiff but quick arm. Fastball works 91-93 mph with arm side action. Good downhill plane. Controlled FB to both sides and down. Late cutter at 86-88 mph. Slight across body, open toe. Traditional windup. Mixed holds and looks well. Pitched with emotion. Stuff plays up due to makeup. (Arnold)
10/10/18: Long-limbed, high-waisted, projectable pitchers frame at 6-foot-5, 210-pounds. The right-hander works from a high slot with a short stride, falling off to his glove side with slight head-whack. Gets inside of his fastball 91-92 mph, turning it over with some depth. Threw one get me over slider at 78 mph, the others had 11/5 shape and short downer break at 79-83, bouncing a couple to his glove side. Changeup came in at 80-82. (Bicknell)
