08.09.17 - RHP Bo Blessie (Midland Lee HS, TX) didn’t have great results today—he allowed three runs on three hits and a hit batter in two innings while striking out three—but showed electric stuff. His fastball was 92-94 with life, but his best pitch was arguably his slider. A case could be made for it being the best breaking ball of the event as it was 80-82 with sharp break and above-average spin. He pitches with effort and falls hard off the mound to the first base side so he’ll need to harness his delivery moving forward.
08.06.17 - Area Code Games - RHP Bo Blessie(Midland Lee HS, TX) pitched the sixth inning and struck out one. He also allowed a hit and a walk. Blessie has a long, loose arm action and pitched at 90-94 with some sink to his fastball. He was a little wild and mixed in a slider at 77 that showed short, tight break at times.
06.26.17 - 6-foot-3, 160-pound, lean, projectable frame. The right-hander works from a ¾ slot with a long, easy arm stroke. His fastball was 89-91 mph in the game. His breaking ball has good tilt 77 mph (bullpen) and 81 mph (in the game).
09.09.16
6-foot-3,155-pound lean, athletic frame with long limbs and plenty of room for continued physical development. Works from a high-¾ slot with long loose arm action. His fastball was 88-90 mph in 1st with good life. He threw his slider 74-76 mph showing good feel and repeatability.
