Some of the better swings I saw this past week came from Franco. The Vernon signee took great swings all night against a quality arm. He led off the game with a line drive single to left and then later smoked a 2 out 2B to the LC gap. He showed good bat speed all night and when he got the pitch he liked he didn't’ hold back. There was controlled aggression in every swing he took.
