6-foot, 146-pound outfielder had a strong summer with Hit after Hit Outlaws as the leadoff man. Lean, athletic frame with good projection. Tall, relaxed stance with smooth compact load and quick stride getting on plane early. Generates average bat speed (Max: 68.8 mph per Track), but strong rotational acceleration (22.2 G per Blast), allowing Moore to make later decisions on pitches. Developing strength to drive the ball, but knack for picking up hits as table setter and putting pressure on defenses (6.99 sixty). Can play all three OF positions with good range and tracking skills to go with solid, improving arm.

6-foot, 146-pound athletic frame. At the plate, Moore recorded an exit velocity of 83 mph. Started in a tall athletic stance with a smooth compact load, then used a quick stride to initiate his swing. Had quick bat speed, uphill loose swing plane and high finish. Barreled up some balls with some loud contact. Line drive approach. Average in the outfield, his best throw of the day was clocked at 79 mph; has sure hands and smooth consistent feet. Decent accuracy to the bag, used a ¾ slot with a long arm action. Showed his athleticism during the event with a sub-seven 60 time of 6.99.

Five foot eleven, 137 lb, athletic build who has just scratched the surface on his physical development. Offensively, set up is nice and smooth and balanced with relaxed hands. Works down and through the ball at a very quick and rapid pace while also keeping his barrel through the zone for a large amount of time. Once he fills out his body and gains more muscle, he will hit for more power and be a scary part of an offensive lineup. Defensively, fills an outfield roll very well with his above-average speed and quickness and ability to cover a large amount of ground. Once he develops more physical presence he will be one of the top players in the state.
