Six foot, 235 lb, big physical presence with above-average power. Offensively, looks to be a cleanup hitter that can do damage in a lineup. Physically mature looking swing, with power potential all over the field. Shows good hand separation and use of his lower half while keeping his barrel through the zone for a long time. Defensively, fills well behind the plate with his large frame and above average pop time. Will need to cut up and put on more muscle in order to shape out to be a dangerous ball player at the next level.

5-11, 225-pound catcher shows intriguing bat speed and playability of his arm behind the plate. Medium, stocky frame w/ present lower half strength, some upper body projection. Offensively, hits w/ an open, slightly crouched stance w/ short hand rhythm into stride to very slightly open and proper load. Can get low with his hands, making it a little more challenging to get to his power. Barreled consistently in BP, showing ability to sting the baseball to all fields. Flashes some whip. Intriguing power potential as he learns to get to it consistently. As a receiver, presents an ok target, would benefit from leaving his glove open to give his pitcher a better visual cue. Developing receiver, learning to stick the baseball. Tools to receive, just needs reps. Developing blocker. As a thrower, shows quick release w/ good footwork and arm strength w/ carry to target. Advanced as a thrower.
