Mini leg kick w/ low hand load. Occasional arm bar. Generates bat-speed w/ some pull power. Gap to gap type. Defensively, shows soft hands w/ arm strength to stay at SS. Good feet w/ ability to make throws from different slots.
9/25/16 - 60 Time: 7.14, Position Velocity: IF-73, Exit Velocity: 75
5-foot-10, 170-pound, RHH hits from a balanced and even stance with some higher hand positioning and upright posture, uses a mild leg kick and a long stride with not much more than a slight barrel tilt to get loaded, lower half works but doesn’t quite get all the way through to create the separation he’s capable of, finishes a little closed, bat path comes into the zone somewhat steeply but flattens out through the ball, had a good round with consistent line drives to left-center. Defensively, showed good hands and footwork in the infield, played through the ball pretty well and used a clean and quick exchange to lead to a short arm action through a ¾ slot.
