(Goodpasture, 2024) The ETSU signee had his fastball firing on all cylinders against top-25 Station Camp where he went a total of 4 innings throwing 68 pitches, with 40 for strikes. He racked up 9 strikeouts with a lot of them coming from swing and misses. The fastball cruised between 86-87 with high late life. He surrendered only 2 hits to a really potent lineup in Station Camp with missing barrels all evening. The body and arm work really well and it's easy to project much more velocity from him in a college strength program. Would also not be surprised to see him run it up to 89/90 in the warmer months of the season. The profile is extremely wiry, with heavy whippiness in his arm action and if he can throw strikes on a consistent basis, will carry Goodpasture this spring.
