7/27/16 - Max FB: 78, FB: 75-78, CB: 64-68,
6-foot-0, 148-pound, RHP uses a very deliberate motion that begins very slowly and gains aggressiveness as he gets closer to release, very fluid and collected gather helps him get down the mound toward the plate, strides only slightly closed but finished very balanced and under control, long arm action that’s pretty loose comes through a high ¾ slot.  Fastball showed some slight run with occasional sink through the zone, curveball had good movement but was gradual with 11/5 action. Bell seems polished and will gain the velo he needs with age.

8/16/15 - The 6-foot, 140-pound  lanky righty showed good control at the West Tennessee Prospect games. Throwing from the high- ¾ arm angle, his fastball sat at 72-74mph topping with a good late running action. Curveball was from the 11/5 trajectory with gradual break.. Curveball sat consistently at 62mph. Changeup also consistent at 65mph with gradual running movement into the right handed hitter.  During the showcase Bell went two complete innings giving up just one hit and did a great job of getting consistent ground ball outs. His arm works with minimal effort and he should have no problem adding velocity as he continues to physically mature.
