5-foot-8, 121-pound slim frame. During batting practice, Bell recorded an exit velocity of 74 mph. Started in a balanced athletic stance with a small load, then used a toe tap just before his swing. Bat speed is some, exhibits upward swing plane and high finish. Found a few barrels in his round. Base hit approach. Average in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 70 mph; has choppy developing feet, a clean exchange and hard hands. Used a long arm action with a ¾ slot while showing decent accuracy to the bag. During the event, recorded a 60 time of 8.07. Raw on the mound, used a ¾ arm angle and a long arm action while showing some arm speed. Tall-and-fall type pitcher who shows some effort. He has even shoulders and consistent balance point. Lands square with an upright finish. Threw his fastball 69-71 mph with a max of 72 mph; showed consistent control with straight movement. Had arm side command and some action on his 12/6 curveball (61-62). Threw a straight changeup (68-69) that showed some command and some action.
