Starts in a tall stance with a smooth load, then uses a short stride to start his swing. Pull side approach. While in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 83 mph. In the outfield, his best throw of the day was clocked at 83 mph; has smooth feet and soft hands. Showed a long arm action. On the mound, where he showed quick arm speed, also used a consistent arm action and a ¾ arm angle. Tall-and-fall type pitcher who uses some effort. A strong balance point. Lands square. Threw his fastball 75-77 mph. His changeup has sinking action. His curveball showed some action and in the zone command.
