Aidan Sproles (Providence Academy, 2025) The uncommitted junior got the ball for the Knights and ran with it. The 6-2, 220 righty carries a large frame well. Bringing a simple repeatable delivery into a ¾ release. Sproles topped 84 in the early afternoon game, with his velocity sitting from 82-84 with some late heavy sink to it. Producing lots of soft contact off of the hands of right handed hitters. He also showed great feel for a CH that has a great speed differential and falls off the table late. The junior worked both pitches well, allowing the defense to make plays while also striking out 4. Look for Sproles to continue to make solid starts this spring and develop further velocity to go with his already good pitch ability.
