5 foot 10 OF from Summerville, SC. Medium athletic frame with good straight line speed (6.78 60). Tracked batted balls well in the outfield with good angles and direct routes. Quick pro step footwork and a short arm action get the ball out quickly. Arm strength will need to improve to add additional carry to already accurate throws. Worked as a secondary catcher, fringe defensive skill behind the plate. Stance at the plate is slightly closed at set-up and stride is closed as well. The timing mechanism is a long/low stride that pushes the hands back over the back foot. There is a naturally lofted bat path present and the head is quiet. Showed the ability to release the barrel through contact and keep it in the zone.
