Gavin Marsh: OF/3B, (2027) Undecided, RI. 5-foot-11, 135-pound lean athletic frame. Projectable at the plate, the right-handed hitter's best exit velocity was 76 mph. Begins in a wide balanced stance with a slow load, then uses a short stride. Bat speed was above average, displayed a simple swing plane and level finish. Created loud contact and found some barrels. Opposite field line drive approach. Projectable confident in the outfield, his best throws to the infield topped out at 68 mph; had in control footwork, a clean natural exchange, and soft hands. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front to the side. Used a high ¾ slot and a long loose arm action while showing consistent accuracy to the base. Recorded a 60 time of 7.02 at the event.
