Michael Traupman: 1B/3B, (2023) Bishop Hendricken, RI. 6-foot-1, 230-pound mature sturdy frame. Projectable during batting practice, the right-handed hitter displayed an exit velocity of 95 mph, Ranks #3 with EV at the event. (69.1 mph bat speed average). (21.9 mph hand speed average). Began in a balanced open stance with a wrapping load, then used a small closed stride. Bat speed was quick developing, used an uphill loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. Found lots of barrels with loud contact. Aggressive gap to gap approach. Projectable and capable while in the infield, made throws up to 65 mph; has consistent feet, a clean developing exchange, and developing soft hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were developing. Had consistent accuracy to the base with a high ¾ slot. In the 60-yard dash, he clocked a time of 8.0.
Michael Traupman: 1B/3B, (2023) out of Bishop Hendricken, RI. is a physical 6-foot-1, 230-pound infield prospect. At the plate, the right-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 93 mph with a (61.5 mph bat speed average) and (21.4 mph hand speed average). Traupman starts in a balanced, athletic stance with the hands relaxed off the back shoulder. He then uses a short stride to trigger a simple, flat swing that stays on plane through his finish. During his rounds, Traupman showed a quick bat, made a lot of solid contact and utilized a gap to gap approach. In the infield, he was up to 65 mph on his throws across the diamond, while showing a clean exchange, consistent, smooth feet, and sure hands. He also recorded a time of 8.28 in the 60-yard dash.

Above average In the infield, had soft sure hands, average rhythmic footwork, and a quick clean exchange. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Consistent accuracy to the bag, used a short loose arm action and a high ¾ slot.
