Good straight line speed charging the ball and accurate throws on the run. Potential for more velocity on his throws. His arm velocity was 72 mph. Upright stance, steps into the ball, good power, gap-to-gap at present. Generates some loft, barrels during batting practice, with a tee exit velocity of 85 mph. Continued refinement in approach will help him get the most out of the offensive profile.

5-foot-7, 185-pound, strong solid athletic frame. The lower body, wrists and hands have above average strength to them. A right-handed hitting infielder, one of his better tools are his legs, runs above average. The stance is wide, even and hands are set just above the back shoulder. The bat starts in a good position, with tilt to it. The lower half is under control, has a small controlled leg kick, gains ground with it, hands stay back during the load. The swing is flat through the zone, stays on it and finishes high above the shoulder with one hand. The approach is simple, gap to gap, swing creates backspin, made solid contact during BP, hits the ball with authority. Defensively, plays up the middle, uses his legs extremely well, works from the ground up. The hands are soft, is quick from the glove to throwing arm, very little wasted steps. The arm action is short and clean, ball comes out of a high ¾ slot, with carry, arm was clocked at 77 mph across the diamond. The double play feeds were started correct, open hip had rhythm and timing to them, slow roller pro move came through it well. Threw 70 mph across the diamond with good accuracy. Ran a 4.54 on his dig to first base. In the game, squared a couple pitches up, made plays in the infield, and played hard. Tee exit velocity of 82 mph. Hits out of a even base, he picks the front foot up and puts it down. Stays in position during batting practice, spreading the barrel around the yard. The path is long and flat to the ball, as he matures with physical strength he should be a very good follow. I like his game.
