Ethan Elderkin: OF/3B, (2025) Chariho Regional, RI. 5-foot-7, 155-pound athletic proportional frame. Solid during batting practice, the right-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 80 mph. Starts in an athletic open stance with a handsy low load, then uses a controlled stride. Has a loose level swing plane, quick bat speed and good extension on his finish. Found some barrels with loud contact. Line drive up the middle approach. Raw in the infield, displayed a velocity of 70 mph; has a clean exchange, soft hands, and quick feet. Above average recorded an outfield position velocity of 72 mph; had soft hands, a twitchy exchange, and aggressive footwork. Fields the ball to the side, movements laterally were athletic. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a high ¾ slot and a short quick arm action. Recorded a time of 7.18 in the 60-yard dash.
