Pitching: Uses a center rubber setup working primarily from the stretch. Belt high leg drive with a slight lean over the belt. Has a long stride while landing open. Short take back while arm stays in line with 2B; high/over the top slot. Spins off 1B side with finish. FB: Peak velo of 80 MPH, while sitting 77-79 MPH; arm side run. CB: 71-72 MPH; showed depth. CH: 74-76 MPH; runs. OTHER: CT 76-78 MPH; CT: late lateral action.
Physical: Wiry, twitchy 6-foot, 150-pound frame with RTF. 7.31 runner in the 60YD.
Offensively: RHH. Crouched, bent stance, as the bat starts high to begin. Utilized a lift-and-replace stride to initiate the swing through a whippy, slight uphill path into the hitting zone. Sprayed lofted contact all over the middle of the field; recorded a T80MPH EV and 82% barrel rate. Furthest ball traveled an estimated 287FT.
Defensively: The OF chopped his feet with a soft glove-hand. Generated some aggressive downhill actions and a lively 82MPH throwing arm out of a H ¾ slot. Possible corner appeal in the future.
Pitching: RHP. Operated from the stretch-only. Compact delivery that wins off the backside; 80-82MPH FB with some movement and sharp mid-70’s CB at 2331rpms. Added killed 75-76MPH CH, under development.
