Physical: Lean, projectable 5-foot-11, 175lb frame. 8.34 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Calm, slightly open stance, as the body starts upright. Utilized a stretched lift-and-replace stride to initiate the swing through a flat, accurate path into the hitting zone towards a two-handed finish. Plenty of balance at the plate, driving the ball hard to the backside gap on occasion. Recorded a T89 mph exit velocity and 42% line-drive rate via Trackman.
Defensively: The primary catcher featured a quiet glove-hand out of a left-knee down setup. Pop times ranged between 2.22-2.27 with clean mechanics and a loaded-up rear hip at release (70 mph arm). Showed off a developing blocking technique in the dirt.
