Physical: Strong, projectable 6-foot-3, 195lb build. 7.25 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Wider, athletic stance, as the hands start a bit out over the plate. Utilized a simple lift-and-replace stride, connecting to the ground early with weight-shift present through the front side. Delivered a flat path into the hitting zone for a line-drive approach towards the LCF gap. Recorded a T96 mph exit velocity via Trackman, up to a 376 foot distance at his peak. Left the yard multiple times.
Defensively: The shortstop flashed quality feel at his position, chopping the feet and using a soft glove-hand to field off the center of his body. Maintained lower posture that shuffled before finishing throws across the dirt at 85 mph from a full, H ¾ slot.
Pitching: RHP. Starts off the leftward part of the mound; smaller drop-step with a tall, balanced leg-kick to the chest. Worked downhill at release with leverage on an 88-90 mph FB for swing/miss (2547). Spun a 75-77 mph CB on an 11/5 tilt to keep hitters off balance.
Physical: Athletic, projectable 6-foot-2, 180lb frame with two-way skill set. 7.06 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Wider, upright stance, as the hands work in rhythm high in front of the shoulder. Utilized a short lift and replace stride to turn the barrel through a slightly uphill path into the hitting zone. Loose hands produced plenty of bat-speed and acceleration at impact; drove the ball with authority to the LCF gap, on time at the front of the plate. T92 mph bat-exit velocity on this date.
Defensively: The middle infielder operated light on his toes, gaining ground to both sides with stalking pace. Fielded softly and set the feet with a shuffle before reaching back for 88 mph across the diamond.
Pitching: RHP. Begins off the left side of the rubber; slower delivery that closes the gap with a lightning fast arm through H ¾. Sat 85-87 mph, touching an 88 at 2400+ rpms, flashing some ride up at the letters. Mixed a sharp mid-70’s breaking ball with the makings of an out pitch down in the zone.
Physical: Projectable, athletic 6-foot-2, 180lb frame with a likeable two-way skill set. 7.14 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH - Balanced, upright stance with the hands slotted outside the shoulder. Utilized an early lift and replace stride to connect to the ground and launched through a flat path towards a high two-handed finish. Good lower half contributions in the box, adjusting to different pitches and lived on the barrel for a T90 mph, 88 mph AVG bat-exit velocity during his round. One of the more impressive overall performances tool wise, and has made vast improvements over the past couple years.
Defensively: The shortstop glided around with confidence, setting the attack angle with good footwork. Fielded softly out in front and released from a loose, whippy H ¾ slot up to 87 mph. Did not throw on this date, but arm-strength transfers to the mound.
Physical: Long and lean 6-foot, 160-pound frame. 7.71 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Bent, even stance with feel for rhythm in the swing, hands start deep at the shoulder and the righty rotates the shoulder for timing mechanism along with a lift-and-replace stride. The swing is short and direct to the ball, working on a flat barrel path through the point of contact towards a moderately high finish. Wore out the LCF gap with hard, consistent barrels, 89 MPH exit velocity during batting practice per Trackman.
Defensively: Plays long in the field with massive strides covering both sides laterally. Moderately low on the approach, fields the ball in the middle of his body and gets the ball out fluidly on transfers, makes the play on the run with ability to throw from multiple arm angles. Longer and fluid on the arm swing out of a high 3/4 arm slot. INF - 83 MPH.
Pitching: RHP sat 78-83 mph with quality command on the FB down in the zone, worked a 67-69 mph CB for strikes which saw late, 11/5 shape.
5-foot-11, 150-pound primary pitcher is making noticable strides as a two-way prospect. The righty sat 80-82 out of a fluid, repeatable delivery with a high 3/4 arm slot. Also showcased a changeup at 76-79 at near-fastball arm speed that is a bit stiff and lacks movement. The right-handed hitter starts from a square stance and initiates his swing with a lift-and-replace stride. Showcased solid rhythm and a direct swing path with an above average feel for the barrel. Registered a bat exit velocity of 80 mph and ran a 7.26 60-yard dash. Displayed athletic defensive actions with comfort in making plays on the move. 82 mph arm strength across the diamond will allow him to remain on the left side of the diamond.
5-foot-11, 140-pound right-handed hitter starts from a square stance and initiates his swing with a lift-and-replace stride. Displayed a solid lower half with a high finish and the ability to create back spin. Registered a bat exit velocity of 74 mph and ran a 7.52 60-yard dash. Showcased active feet defensively with above average 78 mph arm strength across the diamond. The two-way prospect impressed on the mound sitting 79-80 out of a high 3/4 arm slot with a long, loose arm action. Curveball showed tight 11/5 rotation with late break that occasionally was two plane at 71-73. Also showed good sell on his changeup at 72-76.
5-foot-8, 125-pound right-handed hitter starts from a crouched, slightly-open stance and utilizes a short lift-and-replace stride to begin his swing. Displayed feel for the barrel while staying behind the ball, as he registered a 69 mph bat-exit velocity. Showcased athletic actions defensively with clean transfers helping a live 73 mph arm-strength carry across the infield. Ran a 7.88 60-yard dash. The right-handed pitcher sat 71-72 mph out of a simple, repeatable high 3/4 delivery. Showing command for all of his pitches, his 63-65 mph curveball featured 10/4 rotation. The righty flashed a 68-69 mph changeup that had small arm-side fade and good sell.
5-foot-8, 125-pound right-handed hitter begins with a square stance and uses a toe-tap stride to initiate his swing.
