6/12/22
Physical: Next level 6-foot-3, 180lb frame with two way skill set. 7.22 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Balanced, even stance, as the hands started with a high-elbow on the backside; utilized a short lift and replace stride with some weight shift towards a flat path into the hitting zone. Recorded a 90 mph exit velocity, showing easy connection and rotational scores during his round. Did damage when getting extended to the pull-side of the field; didn’t get cheated in game action.
Defensively: The shortstop featured longer strides for range in either direction and added a live 82 mph throwing arm from multiple slots that transfers directly over to the mound. Might hold down a corner role due to size.
Pitching: RHP. Slower, momentum building pace that stays over the rubber with balance before getting down the mound with intent late. Got over the front side well on 83-87 mph FB that ran in on RHH hands. Mixed sharp 70-72 mph CB in any count, manipulating for swing/miss at times, and threw confidently over outing.
