Physical: Stocky, durable 5-foot-8, 180-pound frame. 7.76 runner in the 60YD.
Offensively: RHH. Medium, hinged stance, as the hands rest on the shoulder. Utilized a toe-tap stride to initiate his swing through a sweeping, rotational path into the hitting zone. Created quality balance and intent for a T88MPH EV, up to an estimated 301FT. Not afraid to launch the barrel during a pull-side approach.
Defensively: The third baseman showed chopped footwork and developing actions at the hot corner. Reached back for an 81MPH INF arm from H ¾ with similar OF success. Threw his best bullet at 80MPH on a long hop to the plate.
Pitching: Starts off the left corner; maintains hip-coil and hides it with a sneaky fast release that jumps on the hitter. FB sat 79-80MPH (1996), using a sharp two-plane CB as the putaway from 68-71MPH (2321).
