Physical: Lean, athletic 5-foot-11, 180lb frame with RTF. 7.55 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Balanced, bent stance, as the hands started from a strong position. Utilized a leg-lift stride to initiate the swing through an uphill path into the hitting zone towards a lifted finish. Maintained plate coverage to both sides, working from gap-to-gap on the approach with a 50% barrel rate. Recorded a T89 mph exit velocity via Trackman that showed off short-to-contact traits.
Defensively: The primary outfielder featured rounded, choppy footwork, and shifted the body around using a crow-hop before the throw. Reached back for an accurate 82 mph arm-strength out of a H ¾ slot, transferring to the mound with similar success.
Pitching: RHP. Begins off the glove-side of the mound; momentum-gaining pace with some intent into footstrike. Created separation down the slope with occasional run on a 78-79 mph FB (1847). Mixed a sweeping low-70’s CB for strikes, up to 15 inch HM.
Physical: Compact, athletic 5-foot-11, 180lb frame with even proportions. 7.46 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Crouched, square stance, as the hands started pre-set in a strong position to hit. Utilized a repeatable leg-lift stride to initiate the swing through a flat, direct path into the hitting zone. Natural short-to-long approach at the plate, producing a high barrel percentage (89% sweet spot rate), as well as a developing extra-base hit skill set at T89 mph exit velocity. Handles the fastball and turns around velocity.
Defensively: The outfielder showcased active, choppy footwork, beating the ball to the spot in either direction with a balanced lower-half. Fielded cleanly before setting the shoulders and releasing from H ¾ slot up to 83 mph positionally.
Physical: Blend of strength and feel at 5-foot-10, 180lbs. Durable. 7.46 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH - Balanced, even stance with the hands operating at the ear to begin. Utilized a short lift and replace stride to initiate the swing through a slightly uphill path towards a two-handed finish on the backside. Stays on plane and inside the framework, able to adjust to pitches all over the zone. Mostly middle/pull-side approach and could plug the LCF gap accordingly. Notched a T89 mph bat-exit velocity at his peak with more coming, good lower half actions.
Defensively: The outfielder shuffled with quick pace early, getting behind the ball first then operating downhill on the attack. Fielded loosely off his left, bending at the waist, and released up to 83 mph from his position. Corner appeal.
Physical: 5-foot-10, 175 pounds; Sturdy, proportional build. 7.57 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; bat positioned at a 45 degree angle. Short take back with the hands with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a direct swing path with a two handed finish. More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 91 MPH via Trackman. Some strength present in the upper half yielding above average exit velocity numbers. Velo would improve with the ability to routinely find the barrel.
Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; walks into ready position while aggressive. Hands are off to the side with a seamless transfer. Long arm swing from a high/over the top arm slot. INF - 71 MPH. OF - 85 MPH. Moves well in the outfield and throws from an over the top slot that generates little to no arm side run on throws to the target, ideal for an outfield arm. Did not work out as a pitcher, but 85 MPH from the outfield could translate nicely to the mound
