Physical: Compact, projectable 5-foot-11, 185lb frame. 7.18 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Open, narrow stance, as the hands operated from a strong position to hit. Utilized a leg-hang stride to initiate the swing through a compact, slight uphill path towards a two-handed finish. Plenty of rotational power available from the ground-up, producing a loud 95 mph exit velocity via Trackman (90 mph AVG). Showed off some barrel-awareness, living on the sweet spot at a 75% clip; middle-pull side approach.
Defensively: The primary catcher featured a wider, balanced stance in the crouch out of traditional, receiving softly on the corners. Pop times ranged between 1.94-1.99 with a fast exchange and strong H ¾ slot up to 79 mph.
Physical: 5-foot-11, 185 pounds; Wiry, athletic build. 7.09 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Open setup, with feet shoulder width apart; bat positioned at a 45 degree angle. Short take back with the hands with an up and down stride for timing. Slides weight forward pre-contact. while showing a strong lower half. Showed a direct swing path with a two handed finish. More line drives than fly balls and ground balls with a peak exit velocity of 98 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; utilizing a traditional primary position while staying low during receiving. Hands are soft with a seamless transfer. Short take back from a high 3/4 arm slot. 2.06-2.12 pop times. C - 79 MPH.
Physical: Lean, lengthy 5-foot-11, 165lb frame with athleticism held in the actions. 7.18 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Wider, crouched stance into the legs with the hands starting higher by the head. Utilized an up/down lift and replace stride to initiate the bat head through a short/direct, slightly uphill path into the hitting zone. Some weight shift into a stiff front side yielding a 56% line drive rate during batting practice and ability to repeat swings at the plate. Drove the ball from gap to gap with moderate posture and worked up to a T89 mph bat-exit velocity via Trackman Baseball. A 309 foot batted ball distance points towards developing doubles power with some juice to pull.
Defensively: The primary backstop featured a left knee down stance when receiving, showing adequate actions at the catch. Pop times ranged from 2.00-2.07 staying wide/low through the pitch and planting the backside leg quickly. Immediate/fluid transfer allowing for a quick ¾ release with downward momentum to the target (77 mph arm, accurate).
