6/30/15 5-foot-11, 160-pound right-handed hitter displayed a 82mph bat exit velocity from a wide, square stance. Petrosky initiates his swing with a heel raise with no stride. When on time to the hitting zone he flashed the ability to barrel the baseball to all fields. Petrosky ran a 7.69 60-yard dash and showed a 72 mph arm across the diamond defensively.
6/30/15 5-foot-11, 165-pound primary middle infielder. Righty sat 72-74 from a 3/4 arm slot while topping at 76 mA ph. Arm slot leads to a flat break on his 63 mph curveball with 10/4 rotation. 65 mph changeup is thrown at near fastball arm speed. Delivery and mechanics position him to potentially make the move to a sidearm thrower. Present command and some physical maturation could lead to velocity gains making the switch an interesting possibility.
