Physical: Strong lower half with athleticism in actions at 5-foot-9, 176lbs. 7.46 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Wider, upright stance, as the hands operate calm and pre-set inside/above the shoulder. Utilized a controlled leg-lift stride to initiate the swing through a slightly vertical path into the hitting zone. Really able to drop the head on low and in pitches, extends well into a firm, physical front-side at the contact window. Posted T88 mph bat-exit velocity with good separation available, up to a 321 foot batted ball distance via Trackman. Pull-side gap feel for XBH.
Defensively: The third baseman demonstrated attacking footwork with down chest angles, fielding softly out in front. Clean exchange with ability to make plays on the run; accurate 81 mph arm-strength from a H ¾ slot. Could handle a 2B role as well.
Pitching: RHP - Deep drop-step into a lower stack position and stretched out towards the plate. Slight stab in the back and landed 76-79 mph FB at 2119rpms for strikes, offset with a sweeping/lateral 64-66 mph CB across the zone.
Physical: Solid and compact 5-foot-11, 165-pound frame with strength in the lower half. 8.02 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Balanced, slightly crouched stance with a bend in the knees as the hands started with rocking motion next to the ear. Utilized a short and quick toe-tap stride to initiate a twitchy, slightly uphill barrel path into the hitting zone upon launch. Maintained a moderate center of gravity throughout the swing while sitting back into a strong and adjustable backside. Was repeatedly on time at the front of the plate with lift after contact yielding a pull-side approach living from LCF to the LF line during batting practice. Matched the plane of the pitch well early with an advanced feel for the hands in the box, repeatedly got his swing off with regularity. Recorded a max bat-exit velocity of 82 mph per Trackman Baseball.
Defensively: The primary third baseman featured adequate footwork arriving to the baseball on time with a moderately high center of gravity through the fielding window. Short, choppy actions at the hot corner with a semi-stiff glove hand fielding in the middle of his body, was able to make the play on the run from the side, the arm worked primarily from a high ¾ slot with a moderate arm circle.
