9/30/18 - Defensively, as outfielder catches ball at it's height and works through the ball on the ground with proper technique. Katz would benefit from being more decisive in reads while consistently working to get behind and play through ball in the air.
Offensively, 6-foot-4, 175 pound, right-handed hitter initiates swing from open set up with knee to knee movement and stride to neutral. Weight shift is passive and there is reaching with stride leg. Katz stays behind ball and works into firm front side achieving solid leverage. Bat path is slightly uphill. A bat exit velocity of 76 mph was registered.
