Physical: Long-limbed 6-foot-1, 160lb frame with room to fill. 8.06 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Crouched, wide stance, as the hands operated flat over the backside. Utilized a short leg-kick stride to initiate the swing through a direct, flat path into the hitting zone. Stayed on-plane towards the finish, yielding repeated hard contact to the pull-side of the field. Handled fastball velo in the box with a quick trigger and T82 mph exit via Trackman. Quality barrel % from a line-drive approach.
Defensively: The primary outfielder featured some burst in the first step, showing off range to his glove-hand side. Bent at the waist and fielded accurately, reaching back for a 75 mph arm-strength out of a full range of motion (H ¾).
Physical: Wiry athletic 6-foot-1, 160lb frame with projection. 7.78 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Wider, crouched stance, as the barrel starts flat on the shoulder to begin. Utilized a tip at the top of the load, on time with a simple lift-and-replace stride to initiate the swing through a direct path into the hitting zone. Created some separation at the plate, allowing for burst towards the pull-side gap and occasional lift. Recorded a T82 mph exit velo (71% sweet spot).
Defensively: The primary outfielder displayed downhill footwork, fielding off his left with up-tempo pace over the front side. Featured a full range-of-motion on the throw, releasing from a live H ¾ slot up to 77 mph positionally.
Pitching: RHP. Balanced, repeatable delivery off the middle of the rubber that worked to the bottom of the zone at 73-75 mph. More in the tank strength wise with the feel to spin a consistent 57-60 mph CB on an 11/5 tilt. Longer arms, extends well.
