2/29/20

The primary left-handed pitcher featured a long and lean 5-foot-11, 155-pound frame with feel for his body. The lefty sat 73-75 mph topping 76 out of an up-tempo, compact windup using a high ¾ arm-slot with a pause at a moderate takeaway. Mixed in a 1/7, 55-57 mph curveball with feel for spin and sweeping action across the zone. Countered with a 56-58 mph slider showing bite and horizontal movement. Featured a 58-59 mph changeup that needs to be thrown with better arm-speed. The right-handed hitter begins with a bent, narrow stance utilizing a quick knee-knock stride to initiate a flat barrel path into the hitting zone. Pulled out of the contact window slightly early creating occasional length and a pull-side approach during batting practice. Recorded an 80 mph bat-exit velocity and ran a 7.63 60-yard dash. The outfielder displayed adequate footwork arriving to the ball on time and playing through it yielding an accurate 72 mph arm-strength from his position out of a high ¾ arm-slot with a hitch in the back.

7/30/19

A strong projectable build at 6-foot-0 tall, 190 pounds. Offensively- the right handed hitter stands in the box in a tall open stance. Quiet simple hitting actions. Quick direct path to the baseball Flat bat path through the hitting zone. Defensively- as a 1B, fields the baseball in a slightly upright position. Displayed above average funnel actions. Throws from high ¾ arm slot. Pitching- the left handed pitcher displayed a repeatable delivery. Throws from a mid ¾ arm slot. Works downhill from a balanced backside. FB as late arm side run which peaked at 75 MPH.
