Physical: Projectable, athletic build with strength carried in long levers. 7.36 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - The righty began in an upright, loose stance as the hands started high above the head with controlled, slight rhythm. Utilized a lift and replace stride with stretch, initiating the bat head through a flat path into the hitting zone. Liked to get leveraged at the front of the plate and created lift when getting the hands extended. High finish and fluid barrel whip at the dish, handled pitches in any quadrant with ability to manipulate the bat head. Big time juice to the LCF gap for extra base hits; recorded a 95 mph bat-exit velocity per Trackman Baseball, showing his strength.
Defensively: The primary third baseman approached with accurate footwork, on his toes early and always gaining ground. Positive glove hand actions low to the ground that presented on-time out in front, funneling inward towards a clean exchange. Adequate pace and a quick, high ¾ release across the diamond (80 mph).
