The right-handed hitter gets to extension consistently and showed the ability to make consistent hard contact with a bat exit velocity of 77 mph. Mikulan sat 78-80 on the mound with some arm side run to his fastball. He also commanded a 69 mph 11/5 breaking curveball and a 73 mph changeup at near fastball arm speed.
