6/21/22
Physical: Compact, muscular 5-foot-8, 145lb frame. 8.17 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Open, athletic stance, as the hands waved the barrel loosely to begin. Utilized a leg-kick stride to initiate the swing through a high intent, rotational path into the hitting zone. Delivered an 81 mph exit velocity via Trackman with natural lift towards the LCF gap. Posted a 44% fly ball rate up into the 296 foot range, more power to come.
Defensively: The primary third baseman featured a wider base with an active lower half that created some range laterally. A soft glove hand funneled inward and allowed for a repeatable 72 mph arm-strength across the diamond (H ¾).
Pitching: RHP. Up-tempo delivery off the middle-right side of the rubber. Balanced, directional move down the slope with a whippy arm, holding 71-74, T75 mph on the FB (2220). Mixed a hard-sweeping low-60’s CB on an 11/5 tilt.
