7/10/19

Body Type: 6-foot-2, 168-pound frame.
Swing Mechanics: Lefty hitter with athletic movements that create both energy and balanced.
Hit: Physical stroke with an uphill trajectory. Has some authoirty to pull side and should continue to grow into more pop as bat speed catches up to strength. Showed feel for contact. Very solid round.
Power: Gap abilities. 85.7 off the bat in BP.
Offensive Projection: Middle of lineup look to him.

Field:  In the outfield he uses a controlled tempo throughout sequence. Ball skills are on par for his class.

Throw:  Long arm slot that creates good carry on his throws.  Arm works over the top.

Defensive Projection:  Corner outfield.

9/15/18 Defensively, outfield actions are athletic while getting behind and working through the ball both in the air and on the ground. Flashed an accurate 73 mph arm.

Offensively, 6-foot-1 165 pound, left-handed hitter initiates swing from neutral set up with controlled stride to neutral. There is excellent separation. Weight shift is intermittently passive followed by an aggressive hip turn. Bat path is slightly uphill. Hands are quick and work directly to the baseball. There is intermittent front side softness. A bat exit velocity of 82 mph was registered.
