4/15/16 Maryland commit reached base three of four plate appearances on two walks and a hit-by-pitch, while showing his wheels on three stolen bases. Made two excellent defensive plays at second base, one in which he charged straight in to barehand a slowly hit ground ball and throw the batter-runner out in one smooth motion, and another in which he ran 30-40 yards on a dead sprint to run down a foul pop up.
2/14/16 Maryland commit is a quick-twitch, 5-foot-9, 160-pound switch-hitter. Similar swing mechanics from both sides. Open stance, quiet hands with a little bit of rhythm, a quick waist-high leg lift, and short path to the baseball. Ran a 6.82 60-yard dash and posted an 89-mph exit velocity. Defensively, he plays low to the ground, shows good hands and a quick arm that generated 85-mph arm strength across the diamond, and good athleticism when completing the slow roller play.
5/1/15 Athletic middle infielder with quick feet, good range, and solid arm strength. Does things easy on defense. Switch-hitter who only hit right-handed today. Flashed some batspeed and ran a 4.41 home-to-1B.
4/7/15 Lean, quick-twitch switch-hitter with above average wheels (4.25 home-to-1B from the left side on an E4). Hit entirely left-handed today. Starts from a square stance with hands away from his body and strides slightly closed. Smallish frame that currently lacks significant strength. Showed a quick transfer around the bag defensively.
