10/8/17 6-foot, 155-pound RHP from Meadville HS working out of high 3/4 arm slot sat 82-83 mph with FB demonstrating subtle arm side run. CB sat 70-71 mph with inconsistent command. However, at best showed 11-5 shape with late, sharp break and moderate depth. CH lacked separation at 77 mph, however, it was commanded and flashed considerable sink and run. Arm action is loose and delivery is balanced and repeatable. Overall, Nuegebauer is an intriguing uncommitted 2018 arm.
