5/9/14 Rummings was in command the entire afternoon. The 6-foot-2, 170-pound lefty sat 83-85 from a 3/4 arm slot touching 86 three times and 87 once. His four-seam fastball shows moderate arm side run while his two-seam fastball has hard cutting action that tied up right-handed hitters repeatedly. Rummings' curveball is fairly flat at 72 mph and will need additional development.
