7/15/15 Meyer has an XL build with broad shoulders and stands about 6-foot-3. He pitches with relaxed and repeatable mechanics and a rhythmic hand bump to allow for a repeatable arm swing and release point. He consistently gets over his front side allowing for extension and leverage on his pitches. He throws his fastball between 84 and 88 miles-per-hour and has good downhill ball flight. He mixed in a potentially plus breaking ball that was tight and late at 72-74 MPH. He also flashed some straight changeups that had good deception due to good arm speed (77-79 MPH). Meyer is one that could fill out and become a force on the mound.
