Physical: Solid combination of physicality and athleticism in an advanced 6-foot-1, 180-pound frame. 7.26 runner in the 60-yard dash. Washington College commit.
Offensively: RHH. Balanced, even stance with rhythm in the hands as the barrel moves methodically above the shoulder. Utilized a leg hang stride with late stretch in the load in order to create some whip through a slightly uphill barrel path into the hitting zone. Demonstrated quick actions to the ball in the box and was repeatedly on time at the front of the plate yielding hard contact to the pull-side during batting practice. The hands showed advanced feel for the barrel and worked either side of the field depending on the quadrant he was pitched into. Hit into a stiff front side yielding a 94 mph bat-exit velocity per Trackman Baseball.
Defensively: The primary third baseman is a solid defender at the hot corner with a low center of gravity and a feel for pace. Got downhill with consistency while beating the ball to the spot while allowing a soft glove hand to play with aggression out in front of his body. Fielded the ball on the run with ease and a quick exchange allowed for consistent outs and repeatable rhythm in the approach during game action. The arm played with accuracy and fluidity working through a high ¾ slot with carry across the diamond. Should stick at the hot corner with ability to impact a game at the next level. 3B - 82 mph

Displays active feet and plays through the baseball routinely with a short arm circle release. Righty sat 71-75 on the mound from and over-the-top arm slot. Also commanded a curveball with 10/4 rotation at 63-64 and and a changeup at 66-69 with a slower arm motion. A well rounded skill set will continue to develop with strength gains and through physical maturity.
