Khan is a 6-foot, 185-pound right-hander who mixes in three pitches and uses both sides of the plate fairly well with his fastball that worked in the 85-86 range and has been up to 88 mph this summer. It is a controlled and online delivery, working from a ¾ slot with clean arm swing in the back and ability to get out-front. The secondary stuff will be the separator for Khan as he mixes in a curveball and slider, which both work in the 73-76 range and a changeup that will see sme fade action at times. He has a pretty good feel for the strike zone and the FB will have life out the hand, when he syncs up and is on time with all his pitches, Khan is a guy who can start, go deep and throw multiple pitches for quality strikes.

Khan, a 6-foot, 175-pound right-hander worked from a ¾ slot and threw strikes with his fastball at the CDN Showcase and the New Year Open. At the CDN Showcase, he was 80-83, and at the New Year Open, he was 83-85. He showed some feel for his breaking ball and a changeup with upside. There is some natural run on the fastball and the body will fill out and projects strength gains. There is mound presence and he should be one of the more coveted arms from the events on the mound. Showed ability on the position player side as well.
