Josiah Stairs, a 2021 left-hander was an interesting surprise as the long and lean, 6-foot-2, 175-pound southpaw jumped on the mound and was up to 85 mph from a low-¾ slot with natural action on his fastball. The delivery is still raw and will need to find consistency, but the upside with the actions, stuff, and body that is quite projectable is something coaches will need to pay attention too.
