3/26/17 Hudvagner has a strong lower half and a projectable frame with room to add more strength and muscle mass at 5-foot-10, 195-pounds. The 2019 classman throws from a ¾ arm slot, has some arm-side run on his fastball that was 78 mph and can throw it for strikes. Good tempo on the mound, has a great feel for his changeup which fades late and has similar arm speed to his fastball. Josh showed an impressive curveball with good bite and tight spin that was 66-68 mph. Hudvagner will be a very interesting young pitcher to follow this coming season and moving forward as he continues to grow into his frame and get stronger.
