7/29/23

Jacob has been one of the main attractions at the plate here at LakePoint showing off easy pop and big power potential. A physical 6-foot-1, 198-pounds, Jacob put on a show in both rounds of BP he took over the past two days, spraying the ball foul line to foul line with a heavy barrel showing raw power. In gameplay, Jacob crushed a ball on the outer half 95 mph off the bat, unfortunately right at the right fielder. He’s looked comfortable at 3B as well with soft hands and carry on his throws across the diamond. Look for Jacob to continue his big start to the week of the next couple of days.

5/29/23

2026 Jordan Jacob continues to swing it early on in the 2023 season as one of the more physical bats in his class at 6-foot-1, 195-pounds. In Game 2 of the doubleheader, the ball jumped off his bat for a 2 RBI double to RCF. There's present strength and bat speed that projects to have more power coming down the road as he is still just 15 years old. Jacob came in at No. 8 in the updated 2026 rankings and his game continues to trend upwards.
