2026 RHP/OF Jackson Feggi (Barrie Baycats) continues to improve his game every time we see him play. The fastball sat 77-80 T81.6 and generated good spin on the pitch at times with 2300+ rpm’s. He was able to locate his fastball to all parts of the zone and the curveball complimented the pitch well, sitting 67-71 with 2400+ spin. Feggi also flashed a good arm in the outfield with accurate throws to all bases, working up 81mph. He has a lean, athletic frame at 6-foot, 155-pounds and still has room to grow. Consistent, all-around player with plenty of room to continue trending upwards.

Physical: 6-0, 155 pounds; Proportional, slight build. Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; has a pre-pitch bat waggle. Loads straight back with a slight leg-kick for timing. Drifts into contact while showing a strong lower half. Showed a swing path that gets around the ball with a two handed finish. More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 84 MPH via Trackman. Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; uses prep step while showing choppy feet. Hands are off to the side with a clean transfer. Long arm swing from a standard 3/4 arm slot. OF - 82 MPH. Pitching: Uses a glove side setup working primarily from the stretch. Belt high leg drive with a slight lean over the belt. Has a moderate stride landing inline with the plate. Moderate arm swing while showing some scap load; standard 3/4 slot. Spins off 1B side with finish. FB: Peak velo of 82 MPH, while sitting 77-80 MPH; life through the zone. CB: 68-71 MPH; late action.
9/19/22
5-foot-11, 150-pound ‘25 Jackson Feggi may have been the top prospect on the day at the Baycats Scout Day. Everything he does on the field looks right, including his athletic movements. He started the day in the outfield flashing a live, loose arm that was up to 79mph, tops at the event. At the dish he had a loose swing from the right-side with consistent line-drive contact and will only get better as he adds strength. Sat 75-76 with his fastball on the mound where the arm is clean, loose and quick. Has feel for the mound and looks the part everywhere on the field. Impressive showing from the 2025 two-way.
