6-foot, 175-pound catching prospect from the class of 2017. Ran a 7.44 with small strides and stiff upper half. At the plate, the left-handed hitter showed an easy swing with good hand eye. Breaks down on backside so there is more there. Was mostly pull hitter during batting practice, can get extended more but tools and actions to work with. Defensively, moved well behind the plate, hands worked and feet had some quickness to them. Arm was clocked at 75 mph, was around the bag with his throws with carry. Like how he receives, caught strikes with ease. Prospect who has chance to make some noise behind the plate.
