A switch-hitting 2022 infielder with smooth actions defensively, Alberto has lots of upside and room to add size and strength to his 6-foot, 160-pound frame and really carry some muscle and fill out as he matures. The glove works as he exudes confidence and loose actions to go with his footwork at the present time. He gets rid of the ball quick, transfers are clean and he can throw from multiple angles. At the plate, there is more balance and ability to drive the ball into the gapos from the right side, and he looks to keep it simple with a small leg kick and a quiet load, with more of a line drive approach. Getting stronger will play a key role in the offensive side for Alberto, as the actions and looseness to which he moves with is something to pay attention too.

5-foot-8, 155-pounds, opened some eyes of some at the New Year Open. At the plate started showing off his quick fluid hands that made solid contact with the ball popping off the bat to all fields. Showing full arm extension and follow-through after making contact, his exit velos from his natural right side topped out at 85 mph as well from the left side where he has room to grow as he gets more comfortable with it. The slick infielder showed some smooth arm action and had a defensive range that took good routes to the ball. He was displaying a 76 mph fielding Velo and 7.84 60 yard time, with some time and growth, Alberto can build around his solid bat and someone to watch moving forward.
