Devlin has a big, athletic frame, with room to grow. His athleticism is present throughout his fairly connected delivery. His 3/4-arm slot does drop down once in a while to a low-3/4 delivery, adding some run to his fastball which sat 84-86 mph, topping out at 87mph. His curveball sat 68-70 mph, showing good rotation from a similar arm slot as his fastball. His release point with the curveball varied, and if he got out front with it more consistently it can be an above average pitch. Change up is a straight change with good arm speed, there is room to add depth to the pitch. It sat 79 mph.
