2022 Cody Hagerman was another senior to show well on Sunday with his combination of strength and speed. The 6-foot-3, 190-pound outfielder moves very well for his size, running a 7.01 on a tough, wet track and had the top exit velocity of 97 mph. The right-handed hitter had one of the loudest rounds of BP with a lot of hard contact and power to the pull side. The arm and speed play in the outfield where his arm got up to 81 mph. Another uncommitted senior from the Legionaires program who is worth a look from college coaches.
8/16/20
2022 two-way player who had one of the better days as he ran his fastball up to 80 mph while flashing an overhand curveball that flashed depth and spin with 11/5 shape. It’s a short arm action in the back that gets up and on top quick, he worked the zone well for the most part and had one of the better CB’s to show. At the plate, it's a big leg kick with some present strength in his 6-foot-2 frame. He gets extended and through the ball well with a one handed finish and had some of the loudest balls hit in BP. Overall solid day and a big winter will keep hagerman trending upwards.
