A 2021 classman with a thick and strong frame at 6-foot-2, 203-pounds, big and strong for his age. Arm works with some stiffness in the back on separation, high tempo delivery that involves some effort. Fastball topped out at 75 mph with some cutting action and Quinney is able to locate the pitch for strikes. Changeup sat 67-69 mph with downward action while the curveball worked in the 60-64 range with downward, 11/5 shape. Quinney is a young right-hander who with some added strength and athleticism, will be able to take a big step forward in his development.
