Kean, 6-foot-4, 220-pounds, stood out on both sides of the ball at the Preseason ProCase. In the box, Kean shows easy juice to his pull side where he hit multiple out in BP, as well as a HR in gameplay. His wide base and leg kick allow him to get on time and catch the ball out front, where it flies off his bat. The Morehead State commit stepped on the mound and showcased a 84-87 mph FB that shows some life out of the hand and some arm side run. He mixed in his 75-77 mph CB that allowed him to get soft contact off the bat. Kean is one of the better power bats in the 2023 class in Ontario.
