A tall and lanky right-hander, Dawson has clean arm action and a projectable frame with room to add plenty of size as he matures. Fastball has some life arm side and sits between 77-80 mph. Shows good feel for his changeup which has good downhill action, but slows body down in his delivery. Can spin the breaking ball and gets good downward depth on the pitch at 67-68 mph. Will be a fun follow over the coming years, the 2021 pitcher has a fluid delivery, ball comes out of his hands naturally, and with added strength, more velocity should come.
