A 6-foot, 245-pound frame. The left-hander works only out of the stretch with a controlled tempo and below average effort. Uses a full arm circle coming through a 3/4 slot with looseness. Fastball sits 69-70 mph with some arm-side run. Changeup shows fade at 62-63 mph. In the game, threw strikes with both pitches. Offensively, the left-handed hitter bats from an upright, slightly narrow stance with high-set hands. Uses a smooth load, collapsing on his back side, takes a moderate stride and shows a flat path through extension. In BP, shows a middle to opposite field approach, found consistent barrels, overall a very good round, 84 mph exit velo. Runs an 8.42 60. At first base, shows clean and deliberate actions, some stiffness on the throw, very accurate arm, 60 mph. In the game, was 1-for-4 with a hard hit single to left.

A 6-foot, 245-pound frame with some strength. The left-hander works solely out of the stretch with average tempo and effort. Uses a high leg kick with a slight coil before sinking into his back leg and striding toward the plate. Arm action is full and fluid coming through a low-¾ slot. Fastball has risen to 77-78 mph and shows deception with arm-side run and some sink. Changeup is thrown with fastball arm speed with excellent late fade. Bear charged the zone in his inning of work striking out one and giving up a pair of hits. Offensively, the left-handed hitter bats from an upright and open set-up with some rhythm in his hands. Uses a slight leg kick, sinking into his backside on the load before launching with quality leg drive and a flat path through extension. In BP, was best when he went oppo, found a few barrels. Exit velo of 88 mph. Runs an 8.02 60. Defensively, shows some athleticism around the bag, accurate arm, 66 mph to second base. In the game, showed patience and some barrel control, earning two walks.

Uses a short load, sinking slightly into his back side before launching his hands on a flat path to contact and a high finish with strength and some bat speed. In BP, shows an opposite to middle of the field approach with occasional lift and advanced pop, mostly barrels, 88 mph exit velo. Runs a 8.02 60. Defensively, shows consistent hands, some stiffness around the bag, 68 mph to second base with accuracy.
